เงื่อนไขการคืนเงินและแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าและบริการที่ร้าน

เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะให้บริการที่อย่างเต็มความสามารถเพื่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ในกรณีที่ต้องการคืนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินค่าบริการ ทางร้านมีข้อจำกัดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้:

1. ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงินค่าบริการ

หากลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจในผลลัพธิ์ ทางเรายินดีที่จะทำการแก้ไขบริการใด ๆโดยลูกค้าต้องทำนัดและเข้ามาพบช่างเพื่อประเมินผลตามสภาพผมจริงที่ร้านภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ลูกค้าได้รับบริการ หากต้องมีการดำเนินการเราจะพยายามทุกวิถีทางเพื่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้ากับสไตลิสต์ที่รับบริการไปในวันแรกโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

  2. การคืนสินค้าที่ซื้อจากหน้าร้าน

สินค้าราคาเต็ม: ลูกค้าสามารถทำการคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าอื่นได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังชำระเงิน โดยนำใบเสร็จพร้อมผลิตภัณฑ์มาที่ร้านสาขาที่ชำระเงิน ผลิตภัณฑ์จะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ไม่มีการเปิดใช้ หรือชำรุด

Refund and Return Policy

It is our goal to ensure that you have an exceptional experience when visiting MOGA. However, in the event that you are not satisfied, below is our salon policy: 

1. 1. Services received cannot be refunded
      We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 7 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge.
   2. Full priced product refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging at the location of purchase. Sales of promotional items are final and ineligible for refunds and return.
