1. How can I make an appointment, and is advance booking required?

Appointments can be made easily by calling your preferred branch directly or sending us a message via LINE @MOGA. We recommend booking in advance for your preferred date and time, and you may also request your preferred stylist. Walk-in appointments are also welcome, subject to availability at the time.

We offer a wide range of premium services, including shampoo and blow-dry, hair design, haircutting, colouring, perming, straightening, and scalp and hair treatments. We also offer MOGA Signature Treatments, created to deliver a deeper and more exclusive care experience tailored to your individual needs and relaxation.

Yes, you may choose your preferred stylist, whether by advance booking or walk-in, subject to the stylist’s availability. Our stylists are ranked by experience, allowing you to choose one that best suits the service you need. Please note that not every stylist level is available at every branch, so we recommend checking with our reception team before your visit.

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, rebooked, or provided within a limited time. In the case of a no-show, a deposit may be required for your next booking. For more information, please contact your selected branch directly.

We use a range of high-quality hair and scalp care products from leading brands in our services, and customers may also purchase selected products for continued care at home. Available brands may vary by branch, so we recommend checking with the branch before your visit. Products are also available for purchase through our website for added convenience. If you would like recommendations or more information, please feel free to contact us through any of our channels or at any branch.

If you visit with a wheelchair and are not comfortable transferring seats during the service, we can help adjust the service area for your convenience. If you prefer not to change seats, would like additional privacy for comfort, or require privacy for religious reasons, VIP rooms are available at all branches. Please request in advance. Additional charges apply.

Yes, we have a loyalty points program. For every 100 Baht spent, you will receive 1 MOGA Point. Once you collect 100 points, you may redeem them for a 200 Baht discount on services or product purchases. Points expire on 31 December each year.

We accept the following payment methods:

– Online purchases from our website: credit card

Yes, we offer gift cards that are suitable for every special occasion. They can be purchased in-store or through our online channels. Please contact us for more information.

We recommend a consultation before colour, perm, or straightening services in order to achieve the best results. Analysis for scalp and hair treatments is already included as part of our normal service process.
