Can I apply if I do not have direct experience?
“Yes, you can, depending on the role. For Assistant positions and certain other roles, we provide training and skill development from the fundamentals.”
Is training provided before starting work?
“Yes. All new team members receive role-specific training covering technical skills, service, and MOGA’s working standards.”
Is a background in hairdressing required?
Not for every role.
- Assistant: No prior experience required
- Stylist / Senior Stylist: Considered based on experience and portfolio
